I mentioned this elsewhere, but I would suggest reading at least the "Things non-Mages want Mages to Know" section of: http://www.wowwiki.com/Working_with_a..._%28Mage%29 (or whatever class you play, this is an example.. use the grid of links in the upper right corner to find yours) as it has many useful raid tips for each specific class as well, and if you're bored and can't get on WoW, you can read the "Thing Mages want non Mages to know" for every class so you can see how to interact with them.
